Refresh Your Memory with Recaps for eBooks in Series on Kindle Devices

Read a recap of eBooks that you have purchased or borrowed for thousands of best-selling English-language eBooks in series.

This feature is available on Kindle Paperwhite (10th Generation) and any e-readers released after that. To determine which Kindle e-reader model you're using, refer to our page Identify Your Kindle E-Reader.

Note: The Recaps feature is currently only available to Kindle device readers in the U.S. who have registered their Kindle device to an Amazon.com account. To access Recaps, you need to connect your device to the Internet.

You can access Recaps for thousands of best-selling English-language eBooks in series that you have purchased or borrowed, with more recaps added over time. To determine whether a series has Recap available, look for the View Recaps button in the series page in your Kindle Library or the View Recaps item within the series grouping 3-dot menu in the bottom-right corner.

To close the recap window, tap on the X in the top-right corner.
