Continue Chats with Alexa+ on Your Browser

Find and keep previous conversations with Alexa, even those started with devices or on the Alexa app.

Along with starting new conversations with Alexa, you can use Alexa+ on your browser to review or resume previous chats. You can copy any of Alexa's answers for your reference, or save entire conversations.

Note: Alexa+ on your browser is available only with Alexa+.

When logged in to Alexa+ on your browser, in the left navigation, select Recent Chats to open your chat history with Alexa.

Select a conversation from the list to open it as the main chat.

To continue the chat, enter what you want to say in the chat bar.
To keep one of Alexa's responses, go to the end of the response and select Copy text response .
To keep the entire conversation, go to the end of the chat and select Download full discussion .
If Alexa's answer wasn't quite what you wanted, you can select Rephrase .
