Amazon Day for Business

Amazon Day for Business is a free and convenient delivery benefit exclusively for Business Prime customers. Amazon Day allows Business Prime customers to minimize their deliveries and packages by choosing a day of the week, for each address, to receive all of their weekly eligible ordered items. You can typically order eligible items for Amazon Day delivery up to 1 day before your preferred date.

Individual vs shared addresses

Anyone can set an Amazon Day for their individual address by going to Your Account, and then selecting Your Addresses.

Amazon Day for a shared address allows all the members of a group with a shared address to select this option at checkout. Amazon Day will allow the members to have their items delivered on the same day.

For shared addresses, an administrator can set an Amazon Day using the following steps:

  1. Sign in to your business account.
  2. Select Business Settings.
  3. Under Billing & delivery, select Addresses and delivery preferences.
  4. Select Edit and under Delivery preferences select Change to select your Amazon Day from the drop-down menu.
  5. Select Save to save your selection.

For buyers using a shared address: If the shared address you are using doesn't have an Amazon Day set initially, you can set it in the checkout for the first order only. After that, the administrator will be the only person who can change it via the group's shared address book.

Notes:

  • You cannot use Amazon Day for the following types of shipments: orders fulfilled by third-party sellers, deliveries containing items that aren't eligible for One-Day Delivery, and heavy or bulky items. Amazon Day is also not available for Fresh deliveries, deliveries containing hazardous items, Prime Now deliveries, or Subscribe & Save items.
  • Amazon Day delivery is not available to addresses outside of the contiguous US or PO boxes.
  • Amazon Day delivery is available Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
  • If there are repeated delivery attempt failures, we may remove the Amazon Day delivery option for some commercial addresses.
