Delete Voice and Text Chat History in the Alexa App

To delete some or all of your Alexa chat history, you can use the Alexa app.

  1. Open the Alexa app .
  2. Open More .
  3. Select Alexa Privacy.
  4. Select Review Voice History, and use the drop-down to select a date range, or filter by device or profile.
  5. Select the chats that you want to delete.
Note: Voice recordings are used to improve the accuracy of your interactions with Alexa. Deleting voice recordings associated with your account could degrade your experience.
