Calibrate Your Dash Smart Shelf

Calibrate or "tare" your Smart Shelf to zero.

If your Dash Smart Shelf isn't reporting the correct weight, it may need calibration.

To calibrate your Dash Smart Shelf:

  1. Remove the product from your Smart Shelf.
    If you're using a storage container, empty it and place it on top of your Smart Shelf.
  2. Press the button on the front of the device four times in a row.

When the light flashes yellow, then green, the calibration is complete. Confirm that the Current Levels and Supplies in your device's settings in the Amazon app reads 0%, then put the product back on your device.
