Reset Your Amazon Smart Sticky Note Printer

Try resetting your printer if it isn't working, stopped responding to Alexa commands, or to reconfigure your Wi-Fi.

Tip: Restart your printer first to check if it resolves the problem. To restart, unplug the printer from the outlet and plug it back in.
  1. Remove your printer from the Alexa app. Select Devices and find the Amazon Smart Sticky Note Printer. Select Settings and then select Trash .
  2. Remove the paper roll from the printer.
  3. Press the LED action button for about 30 seconds until you hear a double buzzer sound.
  4. Insert the paper roll in the printer.
  5. When the light starts blinking blue, the printer is ready for setup.
