Update the Software on Your Fire TV

To update your device's software version, go to Settings from your Fire TV menu.

Note: For Echo Show, go to Update the Software on Your Echo Device.
  1. Go to Settings from your Fire TV menu.
  2. Select My Fire TV or Device & Software.
  3. Select About.
  4. Select Check for System Update.
