Turn Alexa Communication Enhanced Features On or Off

Turn on the Enhanced Features setting to use Alexa Communication features like Group Calling, Group Drop In, Reactions, and AR Effects.

1. Open the Alexa app .
2. Select More, then select Settings.
3. Go to Alexa Preferences, then select Communication.
4. Select Enhanced Features.
5. Turn Enabled on or off.
