Turn Amazon Key In-Garage Delivery On or Off via Ring App

Use the Ring apps to turn In-Garage Delivery on or off.

Disabling In-Garage Delivery removes the option for all future deliveries until you turn it back on.

For the Ring app, follow these steps:

1. Open the Ring App.
2. Select the three lines on the top left .
3. Select Key Delivery.
4. Select the cog icon on the top right.
5. Select In-Garage Delivery to turn it on or off.

Tip:

• Instead of disabling In-Garage Delivery, you can choose between doorstep delivery and In-Garage Delivery for every order.
• If an Amazon Key order is already on the way and you would like to switch to doorstep delivery, simply turn on Do Not Enter in the Ring app.
