Reschedule or Cancel Your Service Appointment

You can reschedule your service appointment at any time up to 3 hours before the scheduled appointment.

To reschedule or cancel your service appointment:

  1. Go to Your Orders.
  2. Select the order that includes your service appointment.
  3. Select See service details.
  4. Select Reschedule service or Cancel service.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions.

If you do not see the option to reschedule, contact us.

Note: An adult must be present during any scheduled service appointment.
