Sign for an Order
Some orders may require an adult to be present at the time of delivery to provide signature and name at delivery .
If you aren't available to sign for your order, visit Your Orders to check if the item shipped.
- If the order hasn't shipped:
- Find the order and select View order details.
- Select Change shipping address and add an address where someone can sign for your order .
- If the order already shipped:
- Contact the carrier.
- Arrange to collect the shipment.
Note: If you can't collect your order, you can refuse delivery and contact us.
