Report Issues with a Skill

Use the Alexa App to report issues you encounter when using an Alexa Skill.

Most skills are developed by third-party developers, as such, Amazon customer service is unable to resolve many issues with these skills. To report an issue with a skill:

1. Open the Alexa app .
2. Select More .
3. Select Alexa+ Store.
4. Select the gear icon in the top right of the Alexa+ Store.
5. Select Original Alexa Skills under Quick Links.
6. Select the skill with the issue.
7. Scroll down to the Feedback section and select Send Feedback.
8. Enter your feedback, and then select Submit Help.
