Alexa Isn't Working with Your Amazon Smart Oven or Microwave

Voice commands aren't working with your device.

• Check the Wi-Fi icon on your microwave to confirm that it's online.
• Make sure that your Echo device and microwave are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
• Place your Echo device within hearing distance of your microwave. The minimum distance is 12" apart.
• If you have an Amazon Family, check that you're using the correct profile. Say, "Which profile is this?"
