In-Car Entertainment with Fire TV built-in Won't Connect to Wi-Fi
Try these troubleshooting steps if you can't connect to Wi-Fi, your videos are buffering, or the "Home is Currently Unavailable" message appear.
Note: The In-Car Entertainment with Fire TV built-in for BMW vehicles doesn’t support Wi-fi. The device is connected directly to your vehicle’s mobile network.
If you're having connectivity problems, the network status tool can help identify and fix them. To use the network status tool:
- Go to Settings

- Select Network
.
- Press Play/Pause
on your remote.
- Follow the recommended steps.
If the connection issue persists try the following:
- Confirm that you're using a Wi-Fi password and not an Amazon account password.
- If safe to do so, turn off your vehicle for ten minutes and turn it back on.
- Check your surroundings. Some geographical features can block network reception.
- Contact the network service provider.
