Your Smart Shelf didn't reorder your product as expected.

  • Make sure your Smart Shelf is plugged in or has working batteries.
  • Make sure your Smart Shelf is on a level surface, and that only your product and storage container (if using one) is on the Smart Shelf.
  • Check your reorder threshold in your device's settings in the Amazon app.
  • Check if your Reorder Settings are set to send reminders of low supply instead of automatic reorder.
