Cancel an Amazon Photos Storage Plan

You can cancel your Amazon Photos subscription at any time.

  1. Go to Your Storage.
  2. Select Cancel my plan.
  3. From this page, you have the option to:
    • End your plan
    • Turn off the auto-renewal
    • Change your plan
Note: You can only cancel using the same method that you used to purchase a plan. If you purchased using web, the plan can be canceled only using web, and accordingly for iOS and Android.
