Amazon Business API Policy
Amazon Business may make certain Amazon Business application programming interfaces and data feeds (AB APIs) available to you from time to time (for example, direct ordering API, Reporting API).
Your access and use of these AB APIs is subject to the Amazon Business Account Terms & Conditions, including the use restrictions set forth in the License/Software section of those terms. If you share any data you access via the AB APIs with third-parties, you are responsible for ensuring they comply with these use restrictions.
You will comply with any API documentation we provide you and any limits we establish on the use of AB APIs. We may monitor the size, frequency, and content of calls set through the AB APIs. We may set and enforce limits on your use of the AB APIs, in our sole discretion.
You may be provided a unique set of private keys or passwords to access the AB APIs. We may change your keys or passwords from time to time. These keys or passwords are for your business use only. You are solely responsible for maintaining their secrecy and security. You may not sell, transfer, sublicense, or otherwise disclose these keys or passwords to any other person or entity.
You should only share these keys or passwords with people in your organization that you authorize to take action on behalf of, or view information about, your organization. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur using your keys or passwords, regardless of whether those activities are undertaken by you or any other person or entity. You should contact us immediately if you believe that someone other than you may be using your private key or password, or if your private key or password is otherwise disclosed, lost, or stolen.
