Accidental or Unwanted Order from Dash Smart Shelf

Dash Smart Shelf placed an unwanted order.

Your Dash Smart Shelf reorders products when it detects low supply. Smart Shelf requires 12 hours of continuous weight readings below your reorder threshold before automatically reordering or notifying you that you're running low. You have 24 hours to change or cancel your order after it has been placed.

If you have an accidental or unwanted order:

  • Try cancelling the order before it ships from Your Orders.
  • If the order already shipped, you can start a return from Your Orders.
  • You can change your Dash Smart Shelf settings to reminders. With reminders, you are sent a notification reminding you to re-order instead of automatically placing an order for you.
