View packing slips in your business account

You can view packing slips from past orders in your business account.

Packing slips display order, shipment, and shipping address information.

To view a packing slip:

  1. Select Your Orders.
  2. Enter the purchase order number or the order ID in the search bar, and select Search Orders.
  3. Select Print packing slip. Note: Packing slips in Your Orders are available for 90 days after the date that we ship your order.

Note: In case we split an order with a single order number into multiple shipments, we may not display the packing slip in Your Orders correctly. In this case, please check the packing slip for each shipment by using these steps:

  1. Go to Receiving.
  2. Search for the order number in the search bar.
  3. Select on the appropriate order ID.
  4. Select View Details in the Packing slip section.
