Delegate a professional credential

The account administrator or credential owner can delegate a professional credential to other buyers in your business account.

To delegate a professional credential to other buyers or requisitioners:

  1. Go to Business Settings.
  2. Under Certifications, select Licenses and credentials .
  3. Select the credential that you want to delegate.
  4. From the Actions drop-down menu, select Manage groups.
  5. Enter the name of the group that you want to delegate the credential to, and select that group. To delegate to a specific user, create a new group with just that user and delegate the credential to that group.
  6. Select assign.
Note: It can take up to 2 hours for the changes to take effect for the members of the group.
