- Real Time Text (RTT) creates a live chat feed during an Alexa call or Drop In on Echo Show. You can send text messages that appear on all devices during the call or Drop In.
- Call Captioning shows real-time captions for Alexa calls on supported Alexa devices. Call Captioning is available in English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese.
- Preferred speaking Rate slows down or speeds up Alexa's reading speed.
