Amazon Kids Games Code of Conduct

At Amazon Kids Games we ask all players to follow some simple guidelines to protect themselves and each other from behavior that can reduce the enjoyment of our games for everyone. Parents, please review this Code of Conduct with your child before letting them play the Games.

In addition to our Amazon Kids Games Terms of Use, this Code of Conduct applies to all our games and services.

1. Respect each other

We want to create a welcoming environment for players of all ages. Harassment, bullying, aggression, insults, threats, or abuse have no place in Amazon Kids Games.

2. Play fair

Cheats, hacks, bots, or other software or services that modify the game, exploit glitches or otherwise give you an unfair advantage can ruin the experience for everyone else. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes cheating and take corrective action we deem appropriate.

3. Protect your (and others') privacy

For your protection, never share Amazon account and password information. Amazon Kids Games and the dev teams will never ask you for this information.

Online multiplayer games are public; you should expect others to see what you do and say.

4. Accept disciplinary action

If your access to the games is suspended, do not attempt to circumvent it, including asking others to act on your behalf. Suspension evasion will not only increase the length of suspension, it could result in a ban. If you want to appeal or have questions about a disciplinary action, please contact us.

5. If you see something, say something

If you come across a player violating the Code of Conduct, please notify us.

Please note that while we included a few representative examples above, this is not an exhaustive list of things you shouldn't do. Accordingly, to foster a safe and fun space in which to play, we reserve the right to suspend any account or take other disciplinary actions at any time for any conduct that we determine to violate the spirit of this Code of Conduct or otherwise find to be inappropriate or harmful to other players.

Such actions may include a strike on the account, restricting the account’s access to the games, suspending the account’s access to the games, and permanently banning the account (resulting in forfeiture of in-game items associated with the account).

We may update this Code of Conduct as our games evolve.
