Unsubscribe from Amazon Marketing

Set your communications preferences to stop Amazon from sending you marketing emails and direct mail.

To unsubscribe from Amazon marketing emails and direct mail:

  1. Go to the Communications Preference Center.
  2. From the General Settings category, expand the Email subcategory and uncheck, Do not send me any marketing email for now.
  3. Select Save changes.
  4. Expand the Mail category and uncheck Get occasional marketing about products, services, deals, and recommendations in the mail.
  5. Select Save changes.
