About the Amazon Key Happiness Guarantee

We want you to have peace of mind when you use Amazon Key to receive deliveries. If any Amazon Key delivery was not completed to your satisfaction, or your product or property was damaged as a direct result of the delivery, we'll work with you to correct the problem.

Happiness Guarantee Conditions

You can file a claim for a Amazon Key delivery when all of the following apply:

• The delivery was not completed to your satisfaction, or your product or property was damaged as a direct result of the Amazon Key delivery; and
• The delivery was completed within the last 30 days.

For all claims, we may require photographs, videos, documents or other proof of your claim.
