Garage Not Found Error on the Amazon Shopping App

To troubleshoot issues with the Amazon Shopping app being unable to detect the Garage door, use the following steps.

  1. In the Amazon Shopping app, confirm that you signed into the correct account for your compatible garage door.
  2. Use your manufacturer's app to check if the intended garage is active.
  3. Make sure that the garage isn’t already in use for Amazon Key by you or any of your family members.
  4. Once confirmed, go to Set Up in the Amazon Shopping app and select Try again.
