Garage Not Found Error on the Amazon Shopping App
To troubleshoot issues with the Amazon Shopping app being unable to detect the Garage door, use the following steps.
- In the Amazon Shopping app, confirm that you signed into the correct account for your compatible garage door.
- Use your manufacturer's app to check if the intended garage is active.
- Make sure that the garage isn’t already in use for Amazon Key by you or any of your family members.
- Once confirmed, go to Set Up in the Amazon Shopping app and select Try again.
