Using your promotions:

Active Amazon Grocery promotions on an Amazon account apply automatically to your next qualifying Amazon Grocery purchase when a purchase is made using that Amazon account at checkout.

Qualifying purchases must meet the promotional requirements, which may include purchasing a specific item or spending a minimum amount. If there are multiple promotions available, the promotion with the greatest savings will apply first, followed by those with the earliest expiration date.
