Collect Your Package at an Amazon Counter
You can collect your package at an Amazon Counter after you receive your delivery notice.
When your package is ready to collect, we send you an email notice including:
- Shipment tracking ID
- Unique pickup barcode
- Address and opening times for your selected location.
To collect your package, do one of the following:
- Visit the Counter within its opening hours.
- Present the pickup code from your delivery email to the store associate.
Note:
- If you want someone else to pick up your package, forward them the delivery confirmation email with the pickup code. This process is specific to Amazon Counters, there might be other pickup point options which require a government-issued photo ID to pickup an order
- Hours of operation vary depending on Pickup locations. To review the hours of operation after an order has been placed, go to Your Orders and select View order details.
