Switch Amazon Music Unlimited Plans

Change your subscription plan. Switch between Individual, Single Device, or Family subscriptions anytime.

  • If you signed up through a third party, such as Apple App Store, Google Play, or a mobile service provider, you may need to contact them directly. They can help you manage or cancel your plan.
  • To switch to an Amazon Music Unlimited Single Device Plan, you need an eligible device. Make sure that an Echo or Fire TV is linked to your Amazon account.
  • If you’re switching to an Amazon Music Unlimited Single Device Plan from a monthly Amazon Music Unlimited Individual Plan, you can say "Alexa, downgrade Amazon Music".
  • Upgrade to the Amazon Music Unlimited Family Plan: The Amazon Music Unlimited Family Plan supports up to six family members and allows simultaneous streaming on up to six devices at the same time.

To switch your plan, go to Your Amazon Music Settings. From there, select a different plan or renewal option.

Note: If your subscription is currently paused, you'll need to resume it first. Once resumed, you can proceed to switch to a new plan.
