Manage Your Printer with Alexa

Use the Alexa app to connect, disconnect, or remove your printer with Alexa.

Tip: Set up your printer with Alexa by saying, "Discover my printer." Alexa attempts to connect to all printers on your Wi-Fi network.
  1. Open the Alexa app .
  2. Select Devices .
  3. Select your printer.
  4. Deactivate your printer from the Alexa app by turning Enabled on or off. To remove your printer, select Trash .
Note: Alexa works with most IPP-enabled network connected printers manufactured by HP, Brother, Canon, and Epson.
