Manage your Business Prime membership
Administrators can manage their Business Prime Membership from the Manage Business Prime page.
To manage or cancel your Business Prime membership:
- Go to Business Prime.
- If you receive an offer for a free trial select start your free trial for a 30-day trial of Business Prime. Otherwise, you can still sign up by selecting "Sign up for Business Prime".
- Follow the on-screen instructions to create your Business Prime membership.
To manage your Business Prime membership:
- Go to Business Settings.
- Select Manage to change the payment method, get a receipt, or check your membership status.
On this page, you can change your payment method, view receipts or invoices from your past Business Prime payments, and check the status of or cancel your Business Prime membership.
To cancel your Business Prime membership:
- Navigate to Business Prime cancellation.
- Select Cancel Membership.
- Confirm the cancellation.
If eligible, upon canceling, you may receive a partial refund. We automatically calculate and display the refund amount when you end your Business Prime membership.Note:
- When you have the necessary number of members and a Business Prime plan, administrators can change the plan. From the Business Prime page, select Switch to a different plan in the Membership plan section. To change your plan, follow the steps. We'll charge you on your plan's renewal date.
