Manage your Prime Business membership

Administrators can manage their Prime Business Membership from the Manage Prime Business page.

To manage or cancel your Prime Business membership:

  1. Go to Prime Business.
  2. If you receive an offer for a free trial select start your free trial for a 30-day trial of Prime Business. Otherwise, you can still sign up by selecting "Sign up for Prime Business".
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to create your Prime Business membership.

To manage your Prime Business membership:

  1. Go to Business Settings.
  2. Select Manage to change the payment method, get a receipt, or check your membership status.

On this page, you can change your payment method, view receipts or invoices from your past Prime Business payments, and check the status of or cancel your Prime Business membership.

To cancel your Prime Business membership:

  1. Navigate to Prime Business cancellation.
  2. Select Cancel Membership.
  3. Confirm the cancellation.
    If eligible, upon canceling, you may receive a partial refund. We automatically calculate and display the refund amount when you end your Prime Business membership.
    Note:
    • When you have the necessary number of members and a Prime Business plan, administrators can change the plan. From the Prime Business page, select Switch to a different plan in the Membership plan section. To change your plan, follow the steps. We'll charge you on your plan's renewal date.
