Return a Gift from Your Gift List

You can return gifts from your Gift List through your Thank You & Returns List.

To return a gift through your Thank You & Returns List:

  1. Visit Your Registries & Gift Lists and select the Gift List you want to view.
  2. Select Thank You & Returns List.
  3. Find the item you want to return.
  4. Select Return or Replace Gift.
  5. Follow on-screen instructions.

If you have the order number, you can arrange the return through the Returns Center instead. Go to Return a Gift for more information.

Note: Gifts from your Gift List purchased by others are eligible for free returns within 90 days of the receipt of your shipment. This policy does not apply to any products that you purchase yourself from your Gift List.
