Cancel Your Amazon Music Unlimited Subscription
Cancel your Amazon Music Unlimited subscription online.
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, visit the Apple website for instructions on how to cancel.
If you signed up through Apple App Store, Google Play, or a mobile service provider, contact them to cancel or request a refund. Their cancellation and refund policies apply.
If you signed up through Amazon, you can cancel your Amazon Music Unlimited plan anytime. Follow the steps:
- Go to Your Amazon Music Settings.
- Go to the Amazon Music Unlimited section.
- Select the Cancel option in your Subscription Renewal details.
Note: If your plan is eligible, you can choose to pause your monthly subscription instead of cancelling. The pause becomes effective at the end of the billing cycle. Your subscription resumes automatically or you can resume at any time while paused.
If you have one of the following, you can't pause your subscription:
- An annual plan
- A free trial
- A promotion
- A plan from Apple App Store, Google Play, or a mobile service provider
- Confirm the cancellation.
If you signed up through Amazon, you may cancel using your Amazon Echo or Alexa-enabled device by asking, "Alexa, cancel my Amazon Music Unlimited subscription."
You can use Amazon Music Unlimited until your plan ends. After that, the app will:
- Gray out your Amazon Music Unlimited songs and podcasts in your Library
- Remove the Playback option
Amazon Music Unlimited Individual Plan subscribers and account holders of the Amazon Music Unlimited Family Plan who pause or cancel, lose access to their selected audiobook when their current billing cycle ends.
If you paused your subscription, you can resume it at any time from Your Amazon Music Settings.
