For Opticians: Adjust Echo Frames for Fit

Adjust the Echo Frames temple tips for a better fit.

Important: The temple tips are the only adjustable parts on Echo Frames.

Don’t apply heat from the metal accent to the frame front or adjust with pliers. Don’t bend the temple tips while the material is cold or use your fingernails to adjust the temple tips.

To adjust the temple tips:

1. Heat the temple tip to approximately 100 – 120°F. Apply the heat in 10 second intervals until the acetate is pliable enough to be properly adjusted. Don’t over heat.
2. After heating, hold the metal accent to provide support. With the other hand, gently bend the temple tip downward and inward until you achieve the desired form.
3. Hold the temple tip in the desired form until the frame cools.
