Amazon Key In-Garage Delivery is a convenient, secure, and easy way to have Amazon packages and groceries delivered inside your garage. It's exclusive for Prime members and works with Amazon, Amazon Fresh, Whole Foods Market, and Subscribe and Save deliveries.

How In-Garage Delivery works:

  • Set up your compatible smart garage or garage Wi-Fi activation device. Then, link your garage door to Amazon Key in your smart garage's app to activate In-Garage Delivery.
  • After shopping on Amazon.com, select an In-Garage Delivery option at checkout. Amazon In-Garage Delivery is $1.99 per order. This fee is waived when you select FREE Amazon Day In-Garage. To enjoy In-Garage Delivery for free, you can set Amazon Day In-Garage as your default delivery option. Set your delivery preference in Amazon Key settings or select it at checkout.
    Tip: If you change your mind, you can always switch your order to doorstep delivery in the Amazon Shopping or Ring app.
  • Once the driver arrives, they scan your package to open your linked garage securely. There's no need to share your code or open the door for them.
  • Amazon verifies the package and driver's location before the door opens. The driver then places your delivery inside your garage.
  • You'll receive notifications every step of the way and can even add a compatible camera to watch deliveries live.
