Play Security System Sounds on My Echo Devices

Play security system sounds on your Echo Devices such as door chirps, entry and exit delay noises, and sirens.

Note: This feature is only available for Ring security systems. To use this feature, you need an Echo device connected to a working power supply and an internet connection.
  1. Open the Alexa app .
  2. Select Devices .
  3. Select your connected security system, then select Settings.
  4. Select Play Alarm Sounds on Echo Devices.
  5. Turn the desired security system sounds on or off.
  6. Select Devices That Play Sounds.
  7. Select your desired Echo devices.

To silence door chirps, entry delay, and exit delay noises temporarily, turn on Do Not Disturb. When you turn on alarm sounds on your Echo device, security system sirens play in Do Not Disturb mode.
