Prime Visa and Amazon Visa Approval Process

When you apply for a Prime Visa or Amazon Visa, Chase Bank will administer the approval process.

• If your application is instantly approved, you'll be taken to a page that includes the Cardmember Agreement, the terms of your account, and other important information. Review these documents carefully before using your card.
• If your application isn't approved instantly, you'll be informed of the application status after Chase Bank completes the review process, usually two to four weeks after applying.
• Please wait at least two weeks after applying before contacting Chase about the status of your application. Neither Amazon nor Chase can speed up the processing of your application.
