Purchase restrictions

You're unable to buy some products with punchout.

The following is a list of product types that you can’t buy using punchout:

Digital media downloads (for example, Prime Video content, and music downloads).
Digital software downloads.
Digital gift cards.
Subscribe & Save orders.
Bulk orders.
Any other restrictions put in place by your organization.

Note: Punchout users who use shared payment methods cannot apply coupons to their purchases. However, they may still apply promotional codes during checkout.
