Echo Frames (2nd Generation) Lose Bluetooth Connection
To resolve most issues with Bluetooth connectivity, press the action button.
Tip: If you’re experiencing interference with other Bluetooth devices, try to reduce the number of active Bluetooth devices around you.
Check the connection between your Echo Frames (2nd Generation) and your phone between each troubleshooting step by asking Alexa a question. If Alexa responds, your Echo Frames (2nd Generation) have reconnected.
- Make sure that:
- Your Echo Frames (2nd Generation) are 100 percent battery and on.
- The microphones on your Echo Frames (2nd Generation) are on.
- The volume is greater than 60 percent.
- Check your smartphone's Bluetooth settings. Make sure that Bluetooth is on for your phone and that Echo Frames are connected and active.
- In the Alexa app, open Devices
and navigate to your Echo Frames device. Check that your Echo Frames (2nd Generation) are Online. - Turn your Echo Frames (2nd Generation) off and back on again. Then force quit the Alexa app and reopen it.
