Prime Business Promotional Terms and Conditions

You may be eligible to purchase a Prime Business plan at a reduced promotional price. All promotions are subject to these general promotional terms at the top of this page and the specific terms that apply to your applicable promotion.

  1. General Promotional Terms.

    • Offer limited to one per customer and business account.
    • Offer may not be combined with other offers.
    • Offer only valid for invited Amazon customers who have received this offer directly from Amazon through email or online display advertisements, or through a third party that is running a cross-promotion with Amazon Business.
    • Amazon reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time.
    • Offer is non-transferable and may not be resold.
    • If you violate any of these terms, the offer will be invalid and we may terminate your Prime Business membership.

  2. One-Time Promotions.

    • This is a limited time offer.
    • You may be eligible to purchase a Prime Business plan at a reduced promotional price for one year of Prime Business if you are eligible for a limited time promotion, are converting your membership from Prime to Prime Business, if you are a qualifying customer of a third party that is running a cross-promotion with Amazon Business, or if you are renewing your Prime Business membership and are offered a promotional price via email or online display advertisement.
    • Offers applicable to customers of a third party are only available for customers signing up for a new Prime Business membership. Existing Prime Business customers are ineligible.
    • The maximum benefit you may receive from this offer is the one-time reduced price of Prime Business for 12 months.
    • At the end of your 12-month Prime Business membership, your membership will auto-renew into Prime Business at the then applicable membership fee. At the time of renewal, if the number of users on your business account has increased past the upper threshold of your original plan, you will renew into the plan associated with the number of users in your business account.

  3. Non-Profit Promotional Pricing.

    • Organizations that are registered and in good standing with the IRS as 501(c)(3) organizations may be eligible to purchase a Prime Business Essential, Small, Medium, or Enterprise plan at a promotional price.
    • Eligible charitable organizations must be located in one of the 50 U.S. states or the District of Columbia.
  4. Public Sector Extended Free Trial.

    • The parties agree that the extended free trial of Prime Business fee does not constitute a gift under any applicable law and is not provided with the purpose of influencing purchasing activity. By signing up for the extended free trial, you certify that (a) it is able to accept the extended free trial under applicable laws, (b) acceptance of the extended free trial does not does not violate any federal, state, local or institutional ethics or procurement laws, regulations, or other rules that would restrict or prohibit its receipt, and (c) this the extended free trial will only benefit the Amazon Business customer only and not any particular individual.
