Dash Smart Shelf Can't Connect to Wi-Fi

Dash Smart Shelf can't connect to Wi-Fi or has intermittent connectivity issues.

Note: Dash Smart Shelf is only compatible with 2.4-GHz Wi-Fi networks and does not connect to a 5-GHz or WPA-Enterprise network. Make sure you're using a 2.4-GHz network.

  • Make sure that you have the correct Wi-Fi password. If your Wi-Fi password recently changed, update your Dash Smart Shelf's Wi-Fi settings.
  • Restart your Dash Smart Shelf by unplugging from the wall and plugging back in, or removing and replacing the batteries.
  • Restart your internet router and modem by unplugging for 30 seconds and plugging back in.
