Make a Payment on an Amazon Store Card or Amazon Secured Card Account

Make payments on your Amazon Store Card or Amazon Secured Card Account by signing into your Synchrony Bank online account. You can also make one-time payment at Amazon. Find the payment due date for your account on your monthly billing statement, Amazon cardmember page or by accessing your Synchrony account. Amazon Store Cardholders and Amazon Credit Builder holders can choose Equal Monthly Payments on qualifying purchases (based on item eligibility and/or cart total).

When a cart qualifies for multiple Promotional Financing offers, the offer with the longest duration will be displayed at checkout. When your order ships, the total purchase amount will be charged to your card. The required amount to pay each month will be included in the minimum payment amount on the statement. To make a payment on an Amazon Store Card or Amazon Secured Card Account, do one of the following:

  • Make a one-time payment at Synchrony Bank:
    1. Sign in to your Synchrony Bank account at http://www.syncbank.com/amazon. Alternatively, link your Amazon and Synchrony accounts to navigate directly to Synchrony from the Amazon site.
    2. Select Payments at the top of the page, then scroll down and select View and Make Payments.
    3. In the first field, select Minimum Payment, Statement Balance (as of your last statement), Current Balance, or Other.
    4. In the second field, select the Payment Date.
    5. In the third field, select an existing payment method. You can also select Add New Payment Method or Update Payment Methods to update your payment preferences.
    6. Verify that the information is correct and select Submit Payment.
    Note: To complete the registration and establish login credentials for your Synchrony account, we'll need your full account number.
  • Make a one-time payment at Amazon:
    1. Link your Amazon and Synchrony accounts on Amazon.
      • When you pay your bill for the first time on Amazon, you'll be redirected to Synchrony to provide consent.
    2. Select Make a Payment.
    3. On the verification page, choose how you want to receive a one-time code for authentication. The phone number used here’s the one you’ve used when you applied for the credit card. If you have more than one phone number in your account, choose from the list to receive the verification code. If you don't have a number in your Synchrony account, use the link provided to update your Synchrony account details.
    4. Post successful verification, you’ll find the Payment screen. This screen contains three fields: Payment amount, Payment date, and Bank Account.
    5. In the first field, select the payment amount from options such as Minimum Payment Due, Statement Balance, and Current Balance. You can also enter a custom amount.
    6. In the second field, select the Payment Date.
    7. In the third field, select an existing bank account. Here, you can also add a new bank account.
    8. Verify that the information is correct and select Submit Payment.
  • Make a recurring payment at Synchrony Bank:
    1. Sign in to your Synchrony Bank account at http://www.syncbank.com/amazon. Alternatively, you can link your Amazon and Synchrony accounts to navigate directly to Synchrony from the Amazon site.
    2. Select Payments at the top of the page, then scroll down and select Manage Autopay.
    3. Select Minimum Payment, Statement Balance (as of your last statement), Current Balance, or Other.
    4. Select your bank account and review the terms and conditions for setting up a recurring payment. If you agree, select Set Up Autopay.
    You'll receive confirmation that a recurring payment has been established and that you can cancel it before the payment date.

  • Make a payment by phone:
    Call Synchrony Bank at 1-866-634-8379 (Amazon Store Card) or 1-855-597-4891 (Amazon Secured Card). A payment made through the automated phone system or with a Customer Service representative is always free of charge.
  • Make a payment by mail:
    Send a check or money order to "Synchrony Bank / Amazon" with the remittance slip from your monthly statement to:
