Remove a Teen Login from an Amazon Family

You can remove a teen login from an Amazon Family in Manage Your Family.

When a customer with a teen login reaches the age of 18, their parent can remove the teen's login from their Amazon Family. The teen login is converted to a regular Amazon account. The account retains the teen login order history, but will no longer share the parent's payment methods, addresses, or Prime benefits. Any active orders that have been approved will still be fulfilled.

To remove a teen login from your Amazon Family:

  1. Go to Manage Your Family.
  2. Select Edit Profile for the teen that you want to remove.
  3. Select Remove from Family.
