Turn On Closed Captions On Your Alexa App

Many setup videos include Closed Captioning services that you can turn on with your Echo Frames (2nd Generation) and Smart Glasses with Alexa (3rd Generation).

1. Open the Alexa app .
2. While the video is open and playing, press on your smartphone screen.
3. Select the Closed Caption (CC) button in the top-right corner of the video.
4. Restart or resume playing the video.
