Online surveys provide us with information about customers' experiences with our products and services.

We occasionally invite you to take online surveys about your experience with our products. Typically, these surveys are hosted on third-party sites.

Sometimes, Amazon.com offers an online gift card as a sign of appreciation for completing the survey. Normally, we send the gift card to the same email address within two weeks.

Amazon.com surveys never ask you to provide any sensitive security information, such as account information, passwords, or social security numbers. If you receive an Amazon.com email inviting you to take a survey that requests this sort of information, notify us immediately at reportascam@amazon.com.
