Echo Frames (2nd Generation) and Smart Glasses with Alexa (3rd Generation) don't ship with prescription lenses. You need a valid prescription to get prescription lenses added to your frames. There are two lens fulfillment options for prescription lens fulfillment:

In-person: Share the Smart Glasses with Alexa Optician Card (PDF) or Echo Frames Optician Card (PDF) with your preferred eyecare professional or nearby eyecare provider to get prescription lenses for your Echo Frames and Smart Glasses.
