Amazon Smart Oven Won't Turn On

If your device is unresponsive and doesn't turn on, try these steps.

• Press any button on the keypad of your oven to check if the display activates. To save power, Eco Mode turns off the display after 10 minutes of inactivity.
• To make sure that the outlet has power, plug in another appliance or light.
• Make sure that the plug is fully inserted.
• Make sure that the oven door is not blocked and fully closes.
