Official Contributions Program

Amazon manufacturers and vendors can communicate with their customers in an official capacity through comments on Customer Reviews and Customer Questions and Answers.

Vendors will receive reporting on Customer Reviews and Customer Questions and Answers through Vendor Central to help stay current with activity on their products.

When enrolled in the Official Contributions program, Amazon will ask authorized contributors for the manufacturer to answer certain Customer Questions and Answers questions.

Authorized contributors officially associated with a product can add highlighted comments to reviews. Official comments can answer customer queries or clarify information about the product. Comments are highlighted only if we can verify that they come from an authenticated creator of the product or from an official Amazon representative.

When authenticated, posters are given the Manufacturer badge that shows their relationship with the product.
