Garage Door Opener Offline Issues
Use the following steps to troubleshoot offline issues with your garage door.
- Confirm that the garage door has power and it's on.
- Make sure that your Wi-Fi is working and has good signal strength.
- If you have installed a Smart Garage Hub or RetroFit Kit, confirm that the hub is on and battery for sensor is in good condition.
- Open your manufacturer's app and check the latest status. If you're in your garage, proceed with step 5.
- Open and close the garage using the manufacturer's app or the physical button. Check if your manufacturer's app displays the correct status.
- If your manufacturer's app isn't displaying the correct status, please contact the manufacturer for support.
- If your manufacturer's app is displaying the correct status, repeat step 1.
- If your manufacturer's app is displaying the status and your Amazon Shopping app is not, please contact Amazon Key customer support.
