Garage Door Opener Offline Issues

Use the following steps to troubleshoot offline issues with your garage door.

  1. Confirm that the garage door has power and it's on.
  2. Make sure that your Wi-Fi is working and has good signal strength.
  3. If you have installed a Smart Garage Hub or RetroFit Kit, confirm that the hub is on and battery for sensor is in good condition.
  4. Open your manufacturer's app and check the latest status. If you're in your garage, proceed with step 5.
  5. Open and close the garage using the manufacturer's app or the physical button. Check if your manufacturer's app displays the correct status.
  6. If your manufacturer's app isn't displaying the correct status, please contact the manufacturer for support.
  7. If your manufacturer's app is displaying the correct status, repeat step 1.
  8. If your manufacturer's app is displaying the status and your Amazon Shopping app is not, please contact Amazon Key customer support.
