About Amazon Business Lists
Amazon Business Lists allow you to bookmark your preferred products, reorder products frequently, remember products for later, or highlight products you would like others to purchase for the organization.
You can access frequently used and recommended lists from the Lists dropdown menu on the top navigation bar, which includes choosing recommended alternatives for unavailable items.
On the lists page, you will see: a summary of list items, the number of items available for purchase, the total price, and savings. Use a filter to review and resolve unavailable items. Request a quote for eligible items to help you make an informed purchase decision.
You may also add items to your lists without leaving the Lists page. You can do so by providing product information such as: product keywords, Amazon product number (ASIN), International Standard Book Number (ISBN), or the URL of the product page.
List types:
- Reorder lists are for items that your organization buys repeatedly.
- Items remain on this list after purchase.
- By default, new lists are created as reorder lists.
- You can set a default quantity for each item in a reorder list.
- List administrators and buyers (with edit permissions) can choose Amazon alternates.
- Shopping lists are useful for 1-time purchases and items you don't buy frequently.
- When you purchase shopping list items, they disappear from the list.
- Amazon public lists are category-based reorder lists based on highly rated and top-selling items. You can find public lists on the Lists page.
- You can copy any of the public lists and add or remove items from your copied list.
- You can share this copied list with individuals or groups in your business account.
- Preferred lists let administrators highlight entire reorder lists as "preferred" to guide buyers in their purchasing, in addition to Guided Buying (Buying policies & Approvals) preferences.
