Subscribe & Save (for Amazon Business) Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the terms and conditions ("Terms") for our Subscribe & Save ordering program for Amazon Business ("Subscribe & Save"). The Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Amazon.com related to Subscribe & Save. Please note that your use of the Amazon.com website is also governed by our Amazon Business Accounts Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) which incorporate these Terms. You accept the then current version of these Terms each time you place an order through Subscribe & Save. Any terms not defined herein shall have the same meaning as in the Agreement.

Benefits

The Subscribe & Save benefits discussed on the Subscribe & Save Frequently Asked Question page are part of these Terms.

Until you cancel your Subscribe & Save order, we will automatically create a new order according to your chosen delivery schedule. Some of the offer details may change as you receive deliveries over time (for example, price, discounts, taxes, availability, shipping charges, and the seller). Discounts may be available on some Subscribe & Save items when you select the Subscribe & Save option. Subscribe & Save discounts apply only to eligible items displaying a discount in the offer message on the item information pages. Any applicable discounts are limited to the seller indicated in the offer message. If the discount percentage for an item changes, the new discount will be applied to your future shipments of that item. If the seller you selected when initially creating your Subscribe & Save order does not have product available for a specific subscription, the order may be placed with the featured seller then identified on your selected product's Amazon Business detail page, which may be Amazon or a third-party seller. If your product is unavailable when we plan to ship it, you authorize us to fulfill your order with a similar product that we believe will meet your expectations.

If you cancel a Subscribe & Save, discounts may be different or unavailable if you later reactivate it.

Eligible Purchases

Subscribe & Save benefits are limited to items displaying the Subscribe & Save offer message. Subscribe & Save is only available to orders shipping to addresses in the United States. Some eligible items may only be available for shipping within the forty-eight (48) contiguous US states. Subscribe & Save orders are good while supplies last.

Subscribe & Save orders are void where prohibited.

Managing Subscribe & Save Subscriptions

The price for any given delivery fluctuates over time. Prior to filling any new order, Amazon will notify you of the price of your next delivery so you can make changes or cancel. The price for your next delivery is locked at whatever price is quoted in the notification. You have the option to change the re-order frequency and quantity at any time on or prior to the date we communicate as the last day to update your order. If you take no action by this date, you are indicating that the price and quantity are acceptable to you and your order will be placed.

If your order is subject to approvals, the approval process takes place at the time you first set up a Subscribe & Save order for a product. If you are an approver or administrator, please be aware that approved Subscribe & Save orders will be re-ordered and continue indefinitely until cancelled by the order creator. A new approval is required for any modifications other than cancellations or choosing to skip a delivery.

If the order creator's business user account is closed, disabled or removed from the organization's business account, that Subscribe & Save order will be cancelled. Another user of the business can create a new Subscribe & Save order.

Payment; Renewal

The total cost charged for each Subscribe & Save order will be the cost of the item listed in your order notification email, plus any applicable sales tax.

The charge for each Subscribe & Save item shipment will be billed to the payment method used to create your Subscribe & Save order or as otherwise directed by you. If we are unable to complete your delivery with the payment method you initially used to create your Subscribe & Save order, we will mark that Subscribe & Save order inactive and stop sending deliveries until the Subscribe & Save order creator updates the payment method.

We may in our sole discretion, terminate your Subscribe & Save orders at any time without notice. If we do so, you will only be charged for orders that have been shipped to you.

Program Changes

We may, in our sole discretion, change the Subscribe & Save program, benefits, or these Terms without notice to you. All changes will apply to future orders, including for existing Subscribe & Save orders you have created before those changes took effect. YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION AFTER WE CHANGE THESE TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIBE & SAVE ORDERS.
